Employees of a government agency need to start contracts with a procurement organization like Sourcewell or NASPO to fulfill their orders for supplies, equipment, cloud storage, managed IT, etc. Once you have identified a contract that fills your needs, the contract is fulfilled through a vendor such as Allied. Because government agencies use taxpayer dollars, there are important regulations on how it can be used.
