Allied Business Solutions will pre-call within 63 minutes and post-call to follow up on the repair within 48 hours. We deliver a 4-hour average response time for office copier service and a 3-hour average for segment 6 copiers. Guaranteed within 30 miles of any Allied Business Solutions physical location.
Uptime Guarantee
Allied Business Solutions will guarantee 98% machine uptime over the life of the service contract.
Lease Guarantee
Allied Business Solutions guarantees your office copier for the life of the lease with maintenance. Should your system become non-repairable, Allied Business Solutions will replace your office copier with an equal or greater value machine.
Free Loaner Guarantee
Should your office copier be down for more than 8 business hours, we will provide a loaner system to you at no cost during the time of service. Allied Business Solutions will also include setup of network scanning and printing on the loaner.
Performance Guarantee
Allied Business Solutions guarantees to keep your new office copier performing up to manufacturer's standards. We will provide you with a 3-year guarantee to ensure performance. Office copiers must be covered on a current Allied Business Solutions Service Agreement.
