Free Fleet Compatibility Audit
Is your printer fleet ready for 2027?
Microsoft is changing how Windows prints. A new driverless system — Windows Protected Print Mode — becomes the default in 2027, and printers running older third-party drivers may lose features or stop working entirely.
We'll check every printer you run, free, and tell you exactly where you stand. No obligation, no sales pressure.
…and we actually pick up the phone. We use your information only to prepare your audit. No lists, no spam — ever.
What's Changing
Windows Protected Print Mode, in plain English
For years, every printer needed its own driver software installed on Windows. Microsoft is replacing that with one built-in, more secure printing system. It's better in the long run — but it only works with printers built to the newer standard.
More secure by design
Third-party print drivers have been a common target for attacks. WPP removes them from the equation.
Not every printer qualifies
Printers must support the newer Mopria standard. Many older or budget models don't — and won't be updated.

Straight answers
Is this really free?
Yes. The audit costs nothing and carries no obligation. If your fleet is fine, we'll tell you that and you'll have it in writing.
Do I have to be an Allied customer?
No. We audit fleets we didn't sell, including mixed-brand environments.
Will I have to replace everything?
Almost certainly not. Most fleets have a handful of at-risk devices. We'll show you which ones and help you phase them out over time.
How long does it take?
Most audits are done within a week of our first conversation. Larger fleets take a little longer.
