Introduction to Digital Transformation and Flexible Operations

The Treasure Valley technology company will bring its operations under one roof at 1420 E Bird Dog Drive, where site work is now underway

MERIDIAN, Idaho — June 24, 2026 — Allied Business Solutions, a leading managed technology services provider in the Treasure Valley, has announced plans for a new headquarters at 1420 E Bird Dog Drive in Meridian, Idaho. The site sits next to Vertical View Climbing Gym along Interstate 84, between Locust Grove and Overland Road. A construction sign now marks the lot as site preparation gets underway.

The new building will bring Allied's warehouse, distribution center, and company departments together under one roof. It is designed around the parts of the business Allied is investing in most: its managed IT and security services, its growing AI and automation work, and the national distribution of printers, copiers, and multifunction devices through its network of manufacturer partners.

"This building represents everything we have worked toward since day one. We started this company in Boise because we believed in this community, and this community has believed in us. Seeing that sign go up on our new lot is one of the proudest moments in Allied's history."

A Company Built on Service and Growth

Tom Beeles founded Allied Business Solutions in 2003 with a simple idea: build a technology company that treats clients like neighbors and employees like family.

Over the past 23 years, Allied has grown from a single Boise office into a regional company with five locations across Idaho, Oregon, and Utah, serving clients from Boise to Salt Lake City. The company has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country, recognized as a Top Company in the Treasure Valley by the Idaho Business Review, and named a Best Place to Work in Idaho. Toshiba has given Allied its ProMasters Award several times, and Xerox has named the company a Diamond Solutions Dealer, among the highest honors each manufacturer awards its partners.

Many organizations still rely on manual, paper-heavy processes that slow down operations, increase the risk of errors, and limit scalability. From school districts managing student records to healthcare providers handling sensitive documentation, the burden of outdated systems is clear. Transitioning to digital workflows is a strategic move toward greater efficiency, security, and responsiveness. At Allied Business Solutions, we help businesses replace physical processes with flexible, tech-driven solutions that are built to grow and adapt with your needs.

What Is Digital Transformation and Why Does It Matter?

Digital transformation is rethinking and redesigning how your business operates by integrating digital tools and workflows. This means moving beyond paper-based systems, outdated hardware, or siloed software and instead building a connected infrastructure that improves how work gets done.

This change can boost compliance, improve accuracy, and increase transparency for sectors like education, government, and finance. Legal firms and nonprofits benefit from centralized data access, while healthcare teams can ensure patient records are secure, accessible, and up to date. Digital transformation strategies for businesses are essential for removing barriers, cutting costs, and delivering better outcomes for internal teams and their communities.

Embracing Flexibility: The Shift Toward Agile Business Models

Static, rigid workflows limit your ability to respond to challenges or scale operations. Flexible operations allow organizations to adapt quickly to new conditions, whether it's a change in staffing, demand fluctuations, or supply chain issues.

An agile business model supports real-time decision-making, cross-department collaboration, and remote capabilities. This is especially valuable in retail, print production, and automotive services, where speed and efficiency impact profitability. Cloud-based solutions, remote-access tools, and automated workflows make it easier to respond without delay. Allied Business Solutions helps identify where these improvements can make the most significant impact, customizing solutions to each client's size, industry, and goals.

Key Technologies Driving Business Transformation Today

Several core technologies support successful digital transformation strategies for businesses. These include:

  • Document Management Systems: Digital repositories replace paper files, improving organization, security, and searchability.
  • Managed IT Services: Outsourced IT support ensures systems are always secure, updated, and monitored, ideal for small- to medium-sized businesses and enterprise environments.
  • Workflow Automation: Repetitive tasks like approvals, reporting, and data entry can be streamlined to save time and reduce error rates.
  • Managed Print Services: Digitized print infrastructure delivers better cost control, personalization, and output quality for organizations with production or office printing needs.

In manufacturing, automation tools speed up production cycles while maintaining precision. In the nonprofit sector, smart integrations help stretch limited resources. Allied Business Solutions brings deep industry experience to help clients choose and implement these tools to meet current needs while preparing for future growth.
